We offer free standard US shipping with any wig or hair purchase
Standard Shipping and delivery times:
US (2-7 business days)
Canada & UK (4-7 business days)
All other countries (7-15 business days)
Express Shipping and Cost:
US $19.95 (1-2 business days)
Canada $49.95 (3-5 business days)
All other countries $59.95 (3-5 business days)
*Delivery times are approximates only and do not include our processing time. In rare cases standard US shipping can take up to 2 weeks. Holiday season delivery times may be longer than usual. Please allow the estimated delivery time to pass before contacting us. Note that international delivery times vary due to customs inspections. We are not responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charged on international orders. The recipient may be subject to these fees.
Lost/Damaged/Unclaimed/Stolen Packages
Look So Lavish is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, unclaimed or stolen. Once the package leaves Look So Lavish's facilities, this issue is between the customer and the post service chosen. All shipments have tracking included in the shipping options. Please go online to your carrier's website and request a refund. All tracking and order information needed can be located by logging in to your account.
Insurance
Look So Lavish shipping includes $50 insurance for priority USPS, $100 insurance for USPS priority mail express. UPS packages have declared value coverage for up to $100 of the amount of the goods.
If the customer wishes to purchase further insurance, the customer must immediately notify Look So Lavish before the product is shipped.
All claims are the sole responsibility of the customer. Look So Lavish will be happy to provide any information to you that is needed.
Back Orders
We strive to remain fully stocked on all products. Occasionally, supply and demand creates an “out of stock” situation. Should this occur, we will notify you regarding the delay with an expected delivery date.
Shipment Days
Look So Lavish ships packages Monday through Friday.
