Return & Exchange Policy

Lost/Damaged/Unclaimed/Stolen Packages

Look So Lavish LLC  is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, unclaimed or stolen. Once the package leaves Look So Lavish's  facilities, this issue is between the customer and the post service chosen. All shipments have tracking included in the shipping options. Please go online to your carrier's website and request a refund. All tracking and order information needed can be located by logging in to your account.​

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any opened/used products due to the nature of the products. 

If the product has not been opened and/or used, a store credit or exchange is possible if you contact Look So Lavish via email at loolsolavish@gmail.com immediately upon receipt of the products. No exchanges or returns for products on sale.

 

Look So Lavish LLC must authorize the return.

If a store credit is given, it will only be given for the cost of the product being returned only. The returned product must be received within 14 calendar days for U.S. and Canadian shipments and within 30 calendar days for international shipping from notice given to Look So Lavish and a tracking number must be provided to Look So Lavish.

Once Look So Lavish is in receipt of the returned product and inspects the product that it has not been opened and/or damaged, a gift card will be provided to the customer under Look So Lavish Gift Cards. If it has been determined that the product was opened and/or damaged, no store credit or exchange will be given.

All adhesives must be sent USPS Priority domestically, Canadian via UPS, and International USPS Express.

If there are extreme cold or hot temperatures, all domestic and international shipments must be sent via USPS Express and Canadian returns must be sent via UPS 5 day international.

If it is determined that the damage was due to customer care no store credit or exchange will be given!
